Maintaining the Roster

The Maintain Membership option from the main page allows you to go back and change the status of individuals whose membership in your organization has already been assigned. As with the Assign Membership option, you will have to pick the organization and semester that you wish to modify.

Once you have done that you will be presented with a list of everybody who has been given membership in an organization. From here you can change a person's role or status within the organization via the dropdown boxes across from their name. You also have the ability to remove someone with the Remove field. To take someone off of the roster type "y" (no quotes) into the Remove field and submit.

If you feel that you need to add another person to the roster click on the "New Membership" link and it will take you to the Assign Membership page for that semester.

For those organizations that do not have a mass mailing list, the "Email Group" link will allow you to easily contact your entire organization from a particular semester. In addition, the mail buttons at the end of each row will take you to an individual's Truman email address for cases where you need to contact just a single person.

At the bottom of the screen, the president will see a statement that reads “Roster is complete Yes No”. If you select “no”, the roster will not be assigned the status of complete. This is a great option if you have not completed the roster and are still gathering information. After all the information is gathered, simply select “Yes” and “Submit”. By selecting “Yes” and “Submit”, the CSI will be notified that you have submitted your completed roster.

Finally, you can export this roster data to an Excel spreadsheet for your own personal use with the "Extract to Excel" link at the top of the screen.
