Digital Signage Art Work Submission Form

 

Use this form to upload your artwork after you have made a reservation with the Student Union Reservation Desk. Our policies for digital display ads can be reviewed here.

Digital Signage Ad Guidelines:

For Student Organizations: A copy of your artwork must be submitted to and approved by the Center for Student Involvement by completing the form and uploading your art work below. This applies to all student organizations.

For University Department: A copy of your artwork must be submitted to and approved by the the Student Union by completing the form and uploading your art work below.

Approval must be completed two business days prior to the reservation date. If the design is not approved your group's ad will not appear.

Ads may only feature events occurring on the Truman State University Campus for student organizations and university departments. Requests from organizations outside the University will be reviewed by the Student Union Staff on a case by case basis.

Organizations and University departments should submit their signage requests no more than two weeks in advance and should only have one active signage at a time. Please be considerate of the public and shared nature of this very useful advertising space.
