The purpose of the Hispanic American Leadership Organization shall be to unite Hispanic American students at Truman State University and to serve Hispanic students as a support group, as a link to University services and resources, and by providing leadership and development opportunities, as well as promoting knowledge and respect for Hispanic culture and traditions.
