New Banner Roster Submission Method
Starting fall 2008 instead of submitting Banner rosters in an Excel format via email as was done in previous semesters, rosters will be submitted each semester through TruView. Under the new system, students will be able to see more detailed information on their membership statistics and extract information from current semester and past semesters. This information will be one of the data sources for the upcoming co curricular record for all students. This record will attempt to summarize much of a student’s in-class and out-of-class involvement while at Truman. This co curricular record will be useful (individual student is the only person who will be able to request their own record) in creating resumes, preparing graduate school or job letters, and can be submitted to graduate schools and job sites as University-verified documents of involvement
Submission of the Banner rosters must still be completed each semester. The fall 2008 roster must be submitted by October 31. The spring 2009 roster must be submitted by February 27. You will be reminded of these due dates via your organization mailbox, through e-mail and other postings.
